SPM MORAL INFO

This is the Moral info from my friends. I hope that it helps a lot for your Moral paper this Wednesday. :)

Mr. Gan Chee Meng is confirmed to be the "Ketua Pemeriksa Kertas" for P. Moral paper for Penang state. (PS; GCM is the ahpek who gave us the seminar before trials in the dewan). He recently went to a school (S.M.J.K. Sacred Heart Penang) (I, of course did not attend but instead found sources).His advices for this year P.Moral (some are pretty obvious so dun kutuk me tq):-

1.) Write ALL 3 essays.

2.) Each essay with 3 Nilai, written in ONE paragraph only.

3.) Only ONE extra answer for structures (Anymore and it will not be entertained.)

4.) HOTS (high order thinking shit) questions MIGHT come out as a surprise for us this year.  <- data-blogger-escaped-1="" data-blogger-escaped-sup="">st

time I heard HOTS questions :p

5.) A HOTS question, for example is something like "Your country is under attack. Would you bring your family out of the country or stay back and help defend your country? Explain."

6.) HOTS questions accept both "agree" or "disagree" answers, but NOT BOTH. HOTS questions also accept ANY decision you make, provided the decision is IN THE QUESTION and your explanation MAKES SENSE. There is no one-answer-only-in-skema like BM. &lt;~ Sound easy but technique to answer will be tricky abit.

7.) To answer a HOTS question is quite simple. Eg: Saya akan . Saya mengamalkan nilai . Saya . As for contoh, give or don't give, depending on allocated marks.

8.) A HOTS question can be allocated 4 marks (structure). For 4 marks, Decision+Nilai+Penerangan is sufficient. For &gt;4 marks, give contoh, although it is highly unlikely to have &gt;4 marks.

9.) In essay or structure, whichever, if you're suddenly blank about your contoh words, let say, you want to write "Kita haruslah mengadakan rondaan di sempadan negara." Unfortunately for you, you forgot the word sempadan. You CAN write english words. Yes. No joke here. You CAN use the word border WITH THE CONDITION that you use ("...") So you must state "bla bla bla "border" negara bla bla".

10.) Remember to ALWAYS add isu behind a penerangan where necessary. Mr. Gan pointed out that the marking scheme for certain past years are lenient. No isu=Accepted. Example= Ali mengamalkan nilai rasional. Ali boleh berfikir. This answer is awarded full marks. But please, this year could be strict, so DONT FORGET ISU/SITUASI!!! -end of points-

 Please remember, these pointers are by no means a leak/tip/reliance. These are just reminders from an experienced teacher. HOTS questions may come out, it may not. In any case, be prepared. Pls do not flame me n thank u. -edited- Also be aware that although there might seem to be leniency on the marking style, P.Moral is a killer subject for a certain reason. Mr.Gan can confirm that a target for 90 will not assure A+..target 100%
